Court proceedings. In the event of unsuccessful claim settlement at the pre-trial stage, we recommend taking the matter to court. Obtaining an execution title does not guarantee successful recovery of invested funds. However, it prevents claims from becoming prescribed, and it is a precondition for launching execution proceedings.

Money debt recovery in court includes the following procedures:

• Preparing a payment lawsuit;
• Obtaining an execution title;
• Filing a request for assigning an executive clause;
• Obtaining a writ of execution;
• Signing a pre-trial agreement during court proceedings;
• Signing an agreement after obtaining a writ of execution;
• Monitoring payments determined during the court proceedings.

In each case, court proceedings are conducted in the presence of a Professional and experienced trial representative to ensure obtaining the execution title.
